NHS Leadership Academy
As part of my professional journey, I’m fortunate to work a few part time hours within the NHS as a psychological interventions researcher and assistant psychologist, alongside my role as a coach for the NHS Leadership Academy. This dual role gives me the unique opportunity to blend my passion for coaching with evidence-based psychological practices, helping frontline staff and leaders unlock their potential in high-pressure environments. I also really enjoy being part of teams that designs, project manages and continuously learns through active research.
My work with the NHS taps into my deep sense of purpose and altruism, knowing that coaching in public services has a direct impact on the well-being and effectiveness of those who support our communities. While the financial rewards may be modest, the personal and professional growth I've gained has been invaluable. It continuously enhances my coaching practice, allowing me to bring deeper insights and a more profound understanding of leadership and resilience to all my clients.
If you’re part of the NHS and interested in exploring leadership coaching, I encourage you to visit the NHS Leadership Academy for more details on how we can work together to create lasting impact. I have a waiting list for these services but there is a directory of coaches and mentors to be explored if you don’t want to wait!
